INTRODUCTION
IMPERIAL International Hospitality Management College (IIHC) is the FIRST and ONLY Hotel School in Vietnam that provides 100% training in a 5-star international standard hotel complex. With this unique advantage, IIHC helps students to be trained in practical and management skills according to standardized operating procedures for each position at the 5-star IMPERIAL Hotel, Vung Tau.
The program is co-designed by Niagara University, New York, USA, and highly experienced experts in leading 5-star hotels. The program is quality-controlled and accredited by NCFE - the UK's third-biggest technical and vocational awarding organization with more than 170 years of history.
IIHC is the model chosen to accompany the Vietnam Tourism
Education Association - VITEA (belonging to the Vietnam Tourism Association -
VITA) in the project "Urgent solution to supply international quality
human resources for the hotel management industry" in order to provide human resources of international quality with global competitive value. Students must meet the required practical and management skills, be confident to work on the first day and be ready for the opportunity for a quick promotion at international 4-5* hotels.

IIHC is the first and only 5-star International Hospitality College in Vietnam. International
Students will gain knowledge and experience working in a 5-star hotel that meets international standards at IIHC. They will also receive an award from NCFE-UK that can be transferred to the top universities in the world.

Practical
As the first and only 5-star hotel school in Vietnam, students will study 100% of the time in a 5-star hotel & resort with 70% practical training in professional and management skills.

Economical
The on-site study abroad model at IIHC helps students shorten training time and their journey to becoming an international 4-5* hotel manager, and especially transfer significantly accelerate up to the world's top universities with less cost/effectiveness than studying full-time abroad.

Prof. Robert has over 40 years experience working in Higher Education during which he successfully established Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree program in Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Zimbabwe and Zambia with different UK Universities. He has also contributed to World Bank Projects in Turkey and DFID Projects in Europe.

MRS. LE ANH THO - VIETNAMESE
MEMBER OF IIHC'S BOARD OF PROFESSIONALS.
Ms Le Anh Tho worked at the C.E.O of two high-end brands under PNJ Group, PNJ Watch and CAO Fine Jewelry. She has 11 years of experience as Director of Revenue Management & Director of Front Office at Sofitel Plaza Hotel and Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City; 7 years of experience as Senior Director at British Council - UK; C.E.O at Mathnasium of the United States and is currently a member of the IIHC's Board of Professionals.
GOVERNANCE
As a pioneer in developing international quality human resources, IIHC is honored to be a companion of the Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA) and the Vietnam Tourism Education Association (VITEA) in quality human resources development to meet the needs of international competition.
Short-term courses aligned with international standards and leading to globally recognized certifications offer an urgent solution for developing a high-quality workforce in Vietnam's hospitality industry. These programs serve two key goals: first, to equip workers with practical skills that meet international standards, enabling them to immediately enter the hospitality labor market; and second, to provide qualified professionals from other industries with an opportunity to transition into the hospitality sector. This approach ensures a skilled workforce that supports the growth and development of Vietnam's tourism industry.
VITA
The Vietnam Tourism Association is a non-governmental organization of Vietnamese businesses, economic organizations, and citizens legally operating in the tourism field. The Vietnam Tourism Association operates nationwide and abroad by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tourism Law (amended) promulgated by the National Assembly on June 19, 2017, and the Association's Charter. .

VITEA
VITAE: This is a specialized association, under the Vietnam Tourism Association, including universities, colleges, vocational education institutions, research agencies, businesses, organizations, and Vietnamese citizens that operate legally in the fields of research, training, and tourism business. The Association's purpose is to connect, cooperate and support the members to develop tourism training activities; connect schools with businesses; and enterprises, actively participate in training; and contribute to improving the quality of tourism human resources.
ACCREDITATIONS & PARTNERS

NCFE - the third biggest technical and vocational awarding organization in the UK with a history of more than 170 years. NCFE certify for more than 340,000 international learners from more than 2,000 colleges and universities worldwide. It is evidence of the value of this diploma.
NCFE qualifications are recognized by universities in the UK and universities in other countries using the same UK assessment system.

IIHC has achieved program recognition and a cooperation agreement in training by Leeds Beckett University (UK). Accordingly, Leeds Beckett University recognises IIHC’s academic results and 2-year Advance Diploma Level 5 NCFE diploma and accepts IIHC students to transfer for one more year to get a university degree in the UK.
To have more favourable conditions for Vietnamese students, Leeds Beckett University has also agreed to cooperate more deeply to implement the final year university program in Vietnam for IIHC students. They will have a chance to study for a Master's or Doctoral program in their country or abroad in the future as well
